I have been doing therapy since 2014 and became a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in 2017. Becoming a therapist has been a lifelong journey and I truly believe it is my calling in life. There is no higher privilege or honor than to be able to hold space for people looking to heal from their wounds, and I hold the highest respect for every client who seeks treatment. I believe that each person holds their own answers to their healing journey and my role is to be a loving guide and companion along the way. No matter what you're coming in for, we can and will get you relief and return you to the best version of yourself.

You can book directly from the website and we will call to confirm details. If it doesn't look like we can meet your availability, please give us a call to see if we can find a solution!

Session Duration

Sessions are 50 minutes.

Confidentiality Practices

Your privacy is a top priority. All conversations and records from our sessions are protected under California law and the psychotherapist-patient privilege. Information you share will not be released without your written consent, except when required by law—for example, if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, suspicion of child, elder, or dependent-adult abuse, or if a court order mandates disclosure. If you use insurance, only the minimum information needed for billing is provided.

Payment Options/Cancellation Fees

We require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file and will charge the session amount by the end of the day of your appointment. There will be a $50 fee charged for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice and for no-shows.
